The Surgical Institute of Reading understands that paying for surgery can sometimes feel almost as stressful as the surgery itself. That's why we're proud to be an in-network provider for most major health insurance plans, including but not limited to the following:

• Capital Blue Cross^®
• Berkshire Health Plan^®
• CIGNA^®
• Medicaid

When you schedule to have surgery with SIRs, we will check with your insurance to verify your benefits. If your insurance indicates that you are responsible for a deductible and/or copay, please bring it on the day of your procedure, unless you've made other arrangements first with our business office staff. We accept the following forms of payment:

Please note that your Surgical Institute of Reading billing statement does not include billing for your surgeon, anesthesia, x-ray, pathology or consulting physicians. You will receive separate statements for services that these professionals provide.
